The story

From where I come from to where I’ve been, every chapter has shaped the way I create today — the way I look at people, stories, nature, culture and all the little details in between.

This is where you’ll find the story behind Cabanon, the experiences that shaped my work, and the inspirations that continue to move it forward.

Marseille,
and the story behind

Cabanon is more than a name.

It’s a family house in Marseille, and probably THE place that has inspired me the most. A typical fisherman’s house, close to the sea, where my family has gathered for generations. Weekends spent together, surrounded by art, music, food, conversations and, above all, a lot of life.

Coming from a family of sailors, I’ve always been surrounded by the sea. Salt water has always been part of the landscape and somehow, it became part of me too.

Growing up surrounded by the raw beauty of family, sea, and salt, I learned that design is an emotional journey rather than a technical one. The name 'Cabanon' honors those small, humble coastal retreats—spaces of pure creative freedom and essential living.

Started my graphic design studies in Aix-en-Provence, before joining John & James in 2022 as a Junior Creative Director & Graphic Designer.

I learned the foundations of design, creative thinking and how to turn ideas into meaningful visual identities.

Moved to Sydney and started working with Decathlon Australia, alongside Agenda Studio.

I discovered international creative environments, bigger-scale brands and new ways of thinking about audiences, culture and communication.

Moved to Bali and went fully freelance, working with international brands and projects across different industries.

I learned to work independently, expand my creative horizons and find inspiration far beyond design itself.

Good Design stars before creating it.

My vision of design

It starts with asking questions, understanding the people behind a project. Listening to their stories. Finding what makes them different. Understanding where they are, where they want to go, and what they want people to feel.

Only then does the visual part begin.

Because design is not just about making something look good. It’s about making something feel right.
And in a world where almost anything can be generated, I believe the human part matters more than ever.

LET’S WORK TOGETHER.

Have a project, a new idea, or simply a feeling that something could be better?

Come say hi, Let’s figure it out together.
